Bruce Building Group, LLC is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Pigeon, TN

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to perform tasks such as digging, building, and transporting materials. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, excavators, skidsteer and dozers.
- Perform tasks such as digging, building, and transporting materials
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, excavators, skid steers and dozers.

-Operate one or more types of heavy equipment to push, pull, pile, or load materials such as sand, gravel, earth, or refuse

-Ability to complete Grade work for Driveways,Parking, House Seats, etc

-Clearing of Job Sites
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-preferred) with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

-Valid Driver's License

Preferred Skills:
- At Least 3 Years Experience Operating
- Familiarity with residential/commerical construction industry standards and regulations

-Strong Work Ethic

-Must be efficient in driving Manual Transmission Vehicles
